Im busy putting together a submission for my academic collegues who feel that their research is being hampered by the Gauteng legislation specifically. No-one here seems particularly concerned about the NEMBA lists though.
If I get any more information or insight I will share it here but, guys, you need, need, need, need to get your submissions in on both, and encourage everyone else to do it too.
May I suggest that you draw up a format here on the Forum, Admin and/or Mods? I will be happy to help you with the wording but have my handfull with my "proper job". Get Hendrik and others to put in feedback too?
The more information you put in and the greater the challenges you can level the better our chances are, particularly if this ends up in court.
Another thing, there seems to be the misconception on some of the other forums Ive been trying to involve that if you are in to T's (for excample), you should restrict your submission to them. That is nonsense, challenge this anyway you can, throw in the muti markets, proffessional hunting, anything that you can speak with authority about, but challenge this!
