I like to feed my females about double her normal amount 2-3 weeks before I introduce the male and mate her in her normal enclosure. After she's been mated (several times, if possible), I'll move her into a clean enclosure. Like Cerat has stated; most of this is personal preferance. What works for my T's might not work for your T's even if it is the same species.

:( is sulking finally had the guts to try mating my male and female and the male does not want to he runs away,with both females as soon as i put him in the cage he runs up and out,any ideas why?? :blink: :ohmy:

1. How long ago did the females moult?
2. How long ago did he mature?

1)female molt 2 months ago
2)male has mated with TH's female last weekend
3)made a sperm web again yesterday,tried mating him last night...
