Seen as there is no charge for entry, could I maybe suggest that people that attend donate some items.
On the Lory Park Zoo's site there is a tab called "Help is needed". Have a look through there and see if you could help the zoo out with some donations.

From my point of view, I work with Natcon daily and it is sometimes impossible! This is a great oppertunity to get heard and point out facts and not just thoughts! It is always a slow process but that is how it goes, even if it is just a small gain is better than nothing! But it is definitly worth it!

Start off by asking why we have to learn legislation from fellow members instead of having an clearly defined thing somewhere on the web.
Then tell them it should be readable and show the differences in provincial law.

From my excursions with NatCon, I've found that they are in short supply of manpower, and have reached the conclusion, that it is up to us keepers of exotics, to gear ourselves with the law, the stipulations the works, to keep ourselves in the clear, I didn't know just doesn't cut it...

To all who've put in an effort to making this happen, I thank you.
This is the perfect opportunity to put some momentum into our beloved hobby, and to take the dark cloud off our heads.

Brilliant idea Rayman, I'll definitely bring something along.

I will liaise with the people from the West Rand Herpetelogical Association, to bring some other role players to the event as well.
