Now here is my problem. That light form is way too dark to be a 'pure' light form, so what is it? Should it be allowed to breed one day?

And it gets darker with each molt. I will prove it later

If it gets darker with each moult, then either its a "dark form" to start with, or its a "mixed" spider, or else it is a naturally occurring "colour form" that has the ability to change its colour with each moult in relation to external conditions.

The yellow also increased with intensity so it is hard to tell whether this specific spider's overall colour has any bearing on the final form.

In my opinion this spider will never reach the beautiful dark of that Female.

I have swapped out the second pic with an full flash picture.
The pic is an differant pic and is only cropped.
