Can I just say this,

Thank you Ceratogyrus for once again making this forum a little more interesting, I've been sitting back and reading everyone's posts the whole day.

Well, up and until it became all too familiar... maybe we should first have a look at the proper definition of A DISCUSSION.

I'm now newly converted, although, personally I still see more value in 'pure' species, I am eagerly awaiting the outcome of said breeding projects should they be done. DONE RESPONSIBLY THAT IS.

if said breeding projects are done openly, surely there is value from the hobby's perspective, and not commercially?

Who knows what special breeding projects people have attempted, I for one, would rather read about it, try and understand it and just maybe learn from others.

If that was not meant sarcastically, then its a pleasure.
Its good to get some conversations going sometimes, to liven the site up a bit. A pity it usually ends in flame balls.
Better than the usual threads and gets people thinking a bit.

@hann01: Too true. Unfortunatly most discussions here always seem to either end in conflict or a valued member leaving, Can think of a few who have left this site over silly things as conflict and disagreement.

Is it just me but does it seem that people make more of a fuss over Tarantula hybrids than other animal Hybrids? No? Just me? Okay then.

I consider the leaving of any member over this controversial issue completely unnecessary !! We are all adults, and the ones that are not can learn how to deal with difficult issues because I promise you, life can present k@k on a silver platter.

I apologize if I ruffled some feathers. If at all possible, we sleep it off and continue with our hobby in a responsible fashion. Nobody hates anybody, we just differ in our opinions. If we stoop to insults and bickering, we are no different than infants fighting over a Lolly Pop. You don't want to be in that mold now do you, valued member of our forum???

The forum is a good place to get information and that's all it should be. If people start arguing with each other then I don't blame them for leaving. It's a tarantula site, seriously! There doesn't need to be this stuff and people don't need to be on this forum. Not a big deal if some one leaves...

Agree, people take the HOBBY to SERIOUS and when they do that its stops being fun... Yes take it serious but in a fun way not ego serious end of world if you make a mistake way... Bring the fun back people bring it back...
