My Salmon Pink sling has escaped. The lid of his tank didn't seat nicely, but I used cellotape to seal it off. I got lazy though, and started re-using the tape. It actually managed to lift the tape from the glass and escape. I wouldn't have thought it was possible if I hadn't seen the evidence. Anyway, it's about 1.5 - 2cm in size. How long do you think it will survive? Any obvious places I should look?

Also try sneak into the room at night and see if its cruising around.

I had G pulchripes and B albopilosum juvies lifting glass lids on various occasions. My B boehmei also tried to escape a couple of times. Just hear the glass lid drop when it can't get out completely. The problem doesn't go away, it gets worse So get a hinged enclosure that you can secure with a clasp.

I lost a G. Rosea in a similar manner and still haven't found her.

I'll keep looking then. I actually went downstairs last night after 12 for pain killers and did a cursory search. I'll keep it up for a while, but I'm guessing it's gone for good.
