Like Acid said, there is a very simple way, but you may be a bit grossed out by it. I for one don't mind.

Take 2 straws, place a piece of cloth over the one end of a straw and squeeze the other straw over the end covered with the cloth. This will give you a long tube with a "filter" in the center. Pick a target pinhead and, using your mouth (gross part), suck the pinhead into the straw. The "filter" will catch it and you can then just shake it out into your sling container. Those thick McDonals straws work best.

Alternatively you can just buy bigger crickets and feed their big hind legs to your slings. All my slings grow up on cricket drum sticks :-)

I take a small waterpaint paintbrush and a thin pill container I then throw the crickets into a bigger tub like Scarab said. I use the brush to herd the pinheads into the pill container. I have a few pill containers that I fill this way with crickets beforehand and then I throw them into the different T enclosures and sit back and watch.

Don't mistake a lack of talent for genius

I don't know if you will remember the snot sucker for babies?
The thing I use works on the same principle just for feeders and not snot! :P
Here is picture I found a picture of one, it is the middle one, B.

I use this and it not just good for pin heads but also roach nymphs well anything small enough that can fit through the pipe.

All you need is a deli cup (will call this the chamber) this is where the victims will end up and 2 lengths of pipe, that get used for pumping air into your fish tanks.
First off make a hole in your lid, this is where the 1st pipe will go for your mouth, to allow you to suck. This pipe you can make it 20cm in length.
Then you make a second hole in the bottom of the deli cup, this is for the 2nd pipe and this one you can make it 30cm length, this will help you go after the victims, this end will be the end that sucks the victims into the chamber.

Avoid sucking to hard and pushing the 1st pipe to deep into the chamber as you will end up with something else than the pipe in your mouth.

As soon I can get a picture of my Sucker I will post pictures.

Also a paint brush and extra container works hundreds!
I had counted and relocated over 4000 pinheads into groups of 400 using a soft paint brush and a large flat container that they cannot jump out of.
