It is a GREAT idea, we get bored with the normal day to day stuff, it would be nice to talk to other who share the interest, many people are freaked out when you talk about your collection, lol.

I've got my local newspaper doing a profile on me and my crazy ass hobby tomorrow!! YAY!!! Can't wait...

I am very amped with this tarantula club idea! I think everybody should say where they are located and then the people closest to each other should network to get their club sorted. As for the matter of logistics I think when everybody comes together they can sort out between themselves who will do what organization wise. And I think that the individual clubs from all over should also organise between them to get together semi-anually with some kinda event like the auction!

I am in Primrose Germiston anybody close to me PM me and whe will get this show on the road!
