No offence, but as the owner/administrator of the site, you cant get annoyed when you need to do work on it.
IMO if you cant/don't want to run the site, then why not consider just selling it to someone with the time and passion for it?

Umm, because it's simply unecessary and am I not entitled to get annoyed by non-stop childish behaviour ??

I hope to have the time to look after it better again soon so I don't want to sell it or anything else along those lines. As I said, I will look into what can be done about moderator abilities and if nothing can be done I will choose a couple of people that I will assign as full admins....

I will not support bad taste and unethical behaviour on THIS site for as long as I am still a moderator, that you can take to the bank.

Thanks for the offer Stefan but I don't think it needs 'saving'. I'll look into a few things

Representation and strict enforcement of rules in a forum is the express duty of the admin and his select mods.
We have seen a number of 'fight' posts on this forum in past few weeks due to the fact that only one mod patrols the forum and the others have so called resigned.

You cant expect the people to respect the rules if they aren't enforced with an iron hand. I'm not looking for trouble or fights by posting this, just voicing my thoughts.

To fix the problem i think the mods should be re-evaluated. Those wanting to should continue their responsibilities and new ones should be appointed with the leechers being demoted.

The admin should also not allow his disappearance to be a mystery... post and let us know on what is going on. We dont need details just that your not dead, and that one day, we will celebrate your return.

The forum has no bugs that i know of so i know what your thinking, "why do they whine so much?".
<Read line one> and we like seeing that this forum has a furure = Admin online now and again.

Anyways just my 2cents.

And now you as a new member insult us as well? Save your own site first mate, then look at saving what needs no saving...
