@Cascade: Just check where they getting in, also check for other potential entry points! Also remember: Look at the size of the head of the biggest rat you you've seen. Only the head has to fit throu' the hole! Make a ball of Chicken Mesh and stuff it in the holes you find!!

The Piosion was out for 4 days, but I was not happy with this as we still have 3 cats and the dogs and of course my daughter, So I removed it.
I was worring more about the piosion than what it would help.

The spider room is in the flat, I have sealed all and any gaps that I could find. Last night I saw where it came from or went out so over the weekend I will brick up the one side of the spider room again and I have to remove all my polyistrene sheets from the top of the bathroom cieling.
I think he is hiding there some where!

I will give the flour and cement a try! Next it might just be one of my spiders in the plastic containers, then I will be so pissed off.

My cat who use to sleep in the flat went missing and her son died and the two cats kept all and any mice or rats population down, the one cat catchs them and lets them go in the house, and the other 2 are just lazy.
Often would find 3 to 4 dead mice in the yard a day! :evil:


I have got a cuboard that I will mount on the wall and move the roaches to that.
The rat is also costing me money as containers don't just grow on trees.

@ Cascade: It is difficult pass comment or recommend something not knowing your setup! Just seal everything and put in a extractor fan that will sort out your ventilation as well! Or may build a firewall!!

Pellet gun...

Do as we did on the farm, the flour and cement thing, and of course ever vigilant sniper doing the rounds...
