Morning All


Well I been haven issues with rat(s) and my roach containers.
Last night I had confirmation that it was a rat and Fairly big one.

My roaches have increased in numbers in the past 3 months which I'm over the moon about.
The whole piont of keeping the roaches is to keep them sealed and in the container.

So far the little slit has eaten holes in 5 of the containers, lucky enough, it does not seem that the roaches have escaped, maybe one or two, I can only hope that it is not alot.
I have thrown Rat-ex down but it looks like the rat is a smart one!

I even given two bowls of dog pellets for the rat to eat, so it will stay away from my Roaches.
I also don't now what the rat is after as there was no food in any of the containers as I keep the containers clean, I remove left overs that arent eaten the next day.

I was wondering if it is after the roaches?

Probably looking for heat!!

The rat is after the roaches, they like to have a roach or cricket whenever they can.
Go buy some tabasco and rub it over the containers...

@ Cascade: Rats / mice will not leave flour!! Mix cement with flour! Their digestive systems will pack up in no time!! Try that!

Fortify your roach contanters by putting rat traps all around the containers...get medi-evil on them!!
