This is something I have been seeing allot more often with my female P. cambridgei

Last night is the first time I was able to take photo's of her, she normally wakes up and moves, ok, she did move when I pulled the tank out but she was still pretty relaxed so was able to get some photo's of her.

It amazes me, at times it looks like her abdomen is falling off as it hangs so lose.

Could be a P cambridgei thing. I also noticed the other day that mine's abdomen also looks like it isn't attched well to the rest of the body. Has a white connection similar to the leg joints. Very strange indeed.

ive also seen this in our cambridgei female... a lot in the whole psalmopoeus genus and also tapinauchenius. and I don't like it! I always make them move right when I do see it.we had an irminia female who had a tear right there by that white attachment (guess that might have been how it occurred ) and she died. so ja.. not a fan of the position!
