JA, it will happen even more know, that is the scary part, unless you have the E-tag in your car then it wont happen to you, as your ID number will be attached to your car.

That is why they tried to make everyone bolt their number plates onto the cars and you have to take your ownership paper into the number plate shop.

I sold my car to my friends father, He went to make new number plates the guy at the shop made a mistake so he drove the car on wrong number plates for a couple of years, feel sorry for the poor person who got all the fines.
So driving on other peole number plates has been going on for years.

I am sure this guy wont be able to afford E-tolling anymore.....
