Iv had versis die on me for no reason at all, all slings though mind you, like 3-4 instar.

I personally hate buying Versi "slings" for reasons such as above, happened to me once too many times :dry:

It's up to you of course, but with Avics I don't think you should see it as an ICU situation.

Here's my thinking.

Everywhere I read Avic slings are more sensitive than most (SADS) so it seems most logical to default back to the last 'healthy' scenario which I know from the Avics I have picked up at the breeder is small vile wet toilet paper warmer than room temp.

I have heard that they are most vulnerable at this stage and before maturity, they are crappy eaters (the food basically has to irritate them into becoming a meal) which is bonus in a small vile.

Just untill the next molt. My Avicularia Avicularia is in a glass jar with holes in the lid, a cm of wet sub and a fake plant in whatever room temp is.
