Spoq, I have a strong suspicion that this is not the case - I think it's more likely that someone had very good intentions at a method of controlling and curbing the collection and sale of local fauna. The way government works on the other hand is mutually exclusive of any logical thought, and what we're landed with is the situation we currently have.. I'm surprised there isn't a stipulation for a permit to house the species too. Or to feed it. Both are equally logical, but completely irrelevant in my mind. That said, let's not give them any further ideas!
Thomas, do you have a permit for that mud pool?
