Unfortunately she did not make it through the night.

Wasn't moving at all when I checked on her this morning and was still in the same curled up position on her back.

Shaun, maybe she wanted to molt but could not "pop" out as you said. Everything else was perfectly fine, or at least I think so.

It's a very sad loss. She was my favourite. Always eager to eat and tackled her prey without hesitation and at the speed of light to boot.

I wish I knew what happened and why as well. It is very sad, but she seemed very weak so perhaps it's for the best.
