Its a few things. You need to flood the female at the right time. Cool down to certain temps, warm up to certain temps and put certain amounts of water in. :)

Thought i would update the successes this year.
Got 95 P.ornata a few months ago from my female, who sadly passed away soon after with a growth on her abdomen.
Just sold the last of the 116 P.fasciata this morning.
Currently sitting with sacs from my:
P.striata (which i will pull on sat)
P.fasciata (which i will pull next sat)
and P.subfusca "dark form" (which i will pull next sat or the week after)

Decided i would add to my pokie eggcase tally with a nice P.regalis eggcase layed last night. :) scarab's male definately did the business. :)
