In the UK, without a doubt, it is Phormingochilus everetti.

They are stunning but £85 for a L1 sling is ridiculous.

I've seen P.hanumavilasumica sling for sale in SA for R2500 (Would be funny if you pay for that and it comes out a P.Fasciata ;) )
