I just bought a beautiful 7cm specimen from Meteor. How does he still have left? When I asked if he still had, it was a long shot, and I was very surprised when he came back and told me he had 3. :S

I don't know who Meteor is. I sold almost all my slings (except for the ones I kept for myself). Maybe Meteor bought from me, maybe from elsewhere. If he still has left, I will buy them all just to get people off my back. I also don't know what he is selling for. I sold 10 to a guy last year, he sold them on at R2500 three months later, making about 110% profit.

I can't say ALL inquiries are legit, I just know that most of the people that ask have bought before and want more. Some have friends that want also, so that is what I know.

They are still pretty rare.
Added to the fact that it is not the easiest species to get to drop plus small sac size, makes them not too common.
They really are pretty though, but as you said, that is subjective.

All this thread has achieved, is make me want to buy more metallicas. Hahaha!!! Seems I'm just as bad as the rest of them.
