I can't wait to breed mine! It will be the first species I breed on my own and I'm looking forward to it big time.

There was a question on feeding... from what I hear/read, you just drop the food in with the mom and the slings, and they either swarm all over the prey, or they feed form Mom's chelicerae area, and from what I understand, casualties are very few if any.

communal update 11 slings left from 14 ... all 3 dead while molting,the rest all molted fine

This might sound a silly question...I am planning on getting 3 incei from one scource and then another 2 from someone else. By the sound of it, there sizes are maybe 2 molts appart, so they are ot related . Could they be introduced to each other and live harmoniously or is it more of a family thing?

I'm sure i remember reading on the web that they can be introduced together in a new communal/enclosure. I've also read that the h.incei wont cannibalize unless there is a real shortage of food.
What i would do is feed them all before placing them together in the enclosure. When you do put them together they have at least already eaten and can start webbing up their new home

I tried this with 4, and only have 2 left.
The male is mature - any ideas / suggestions on breeding? Would the female be mature yet? Currently they are in seperate tubs.

Well i popped the 5 that i got from mammon together in a small tank and threw in some crickets and have just left it. Seems they all alive still even though I can only see 2 of them. There's webbing starting all over the tank so i'm hoping the bigger they get, the more I see of them.
