Those guys got hurt because they could not control their decent and with the strong wind got bashed into buildings and airplanes on the ground.

Don't you think it is time the army upgrade the para-suits? They are still using that old round style you just come down in with no control. The modern ones you have control over your direction, speed etc. Specially in a combat situation, you can dodge enemy fire and control where you want to land. The current way you are just a target in the air and might land in the crocodile pit. :S
