Nobody...
Get them from the garden.
Make yourself a nice little place somewhere where the STUPID
garden services or gardener wont bother the just put a few pieces of soft wood an some dry leaves, keep moist and leave for a few months. open and find isopods (and other critters)

Here are a couple of places you can start to look for them, Bearing in mind it needs to be moist places.

Or here

This was under or on the rock.

or under these. Not normally found in the open like these leaves are lying.

If that does not work, you can make your own breeding area for them.
Like this.

Start a compost heap, cover it with a plastic tarp this will help the decomposition to go allot faster, Isopods eat dead and routing plant matter, so something that is fresh from a tree or garden wont be a prime feeding ground for them.
Another way is to cover a piece of ground with the tarp eventually you will find Isopods under it.

There is not really a market for them, or a big demand for them, you can find them in your garden.

I do breed Isopods, I have been doing so for as long as I have been in the hobby and found out about them. :eyepoke:
(Not selling at the moment, as I'm still busy rebuilding my colonies.)

Here are two of my colonies, the two extremes of keeping them.

I have been playing around with keeping them on pure substrate with not much moisture and just get food and water when the roaches get food.
Then I have been over feeding and throwing the died roaches, crickets, boluses and giving them orange peels, to see how much they can actually clean with out it getting out of hand.
There are about 50 Isopods in the Blue container, so far they seem to control it nicely.
Also have about 60 Isopods with the B. dubia roach colony that is on substrate.

The first one is in a 5 liter ice cream container.

The 2nd one is the extreme of keeping them.
