That seems to be a Lasiodora specie. As they have been quite hybridized, cant't say which specie.. but a Lasiodora (birdeater like salmon pink)

I agree with Carien. This is a Lasiodora and not a Brachypelma. Not sure witch one though.

No, as long as you can get a picture like the example I posted.
You can use a light to help with the quality of the photo
