After doing yet more research ive read about T's taking 4 days and even one taking a week to finish the molt. they all say as long as its not dead dont touch so I recon im going to just leave it and see what happens.

I must agree it does not look good.
Another sign is that there is no molting mat.
And that looks like a death curl.

You can try moving it to an ICU or you can leave it and see the out come.
It is different looking at a spider on a picture verses real life.
