I'll admit that I'll be very impressed if you can give a FULL PROOF method of sexing a spider by looking at it in a tank without a moult.
Edit: Looking at some of the last posts and hints, I have a good idea what you are aiming at, and if it is what I think it is, I will be posting a few pics of my spiders for you to sex as a test, as I still stick to the fact that it won't be 100% accurate.
Not too be a pessimist, but I'm not holding my breath.
Oh, and by the way, its a G.rosea.
