I did say that the sexing was only for the C Rosea. And I fully agree that one should rather check the exivium after a molt. But did you explain to Panda what to look for?

I tried to help the Panda with what he could see. And even tho its not the best way to check it would give him a possible answer on the C Rosea.

Not every one has microscopes and not every one has the experience to just glance at a molt and know what sex the T is.

Im sure all of us sometimes forget that we where new to the hobby 2. and Im sure Cerat you once told me experience cant be Taught.

I will get there. struggling with the latin names though, hahaha. got my first Pokie and i daresay they are addictive. I wanna get a curly as well, just cause i believe every collection should have one, hahahahaha. what fascinating creatures though.

With out a doubt there is no time like right now to start doing things the right way and doing it the professional way. But we should also realize that we didn't sex T's wit molts and microscopes when we started.

I really do think that with all the help and info the "experts" give new keepers, it all can be a bit overwhelming and confusing at best. I think we should ease new keepers into the hobby and give info in manageable bites.

Scarab gave a very nice sexing link and it is awesome, but for a new handler you might as well send them a Greek hand book.

No matter who says what, We all get there at our own pace. Its a hobby and should be enjoyed. Pokies are awesome and I love them. Lol As I realized this morning that I dont have a curlie and its damn sad hehehe. Have all these colorful and amazing T's but no curlie. Lol I will have to get hold of one... starting to feel a bit out here lol
