Here this will work differently,we will post High definition pictures of our tarantulas we have which we are not sure of their actual genus or classification within that genus. This arose from a topic I started, demitri messaged me and I agree, this could quite a learning experience to compare the same named Tarantulas in the hobby. Not only that, but to learn and possibly identify them.

Now this said, any tarantula you aren't sure of post photos that correspond with those links photos. I will also be posting photos of my Lampropelma sp. Borneo Black,Avicularia Avicularia and some others. I first want high quality photos.

So here is a test run, I couldn't get all the photos that I wanted so a molt might be an extra addition for gaining more photos.

Now my Photos can be scrutinized, then you could add your same specimens to be compared so that we all can see what's in the hobby. Probably how close they are or not, lets see where this goes.

Martin, to make this debatable you will need to lookup the description for this species and use that as the starting point.

Not that the paper above will provide any useful information but you need to compare your specimen to the description first. Some characters will be very difficult to identify / see from pictures, you will need lots of angles to eventually match or discard characters.

That's why I believe you guys that are more experienced, should guide which photos would be needed for a better identification. I see this as just a starting platform, for you and others to see what's in the hobby as well as helping and giving growth to our knowledge as well. So any other input would be really appreciated, this can develop in something good well that's how I see it.
