The preliminary date is Saturday 20 August 2011.
The venue will be confirmed tomorrow 9 August 2011.
The time will probably be between 09H00 and 12H00.

If the proposed venue can be secured for that date and time, I will pay for it.

A little tin can will be circulated for donations... :blush:

Questions to be asked to NatCon can basically be a printout of previous threads from this forum.

It will be VERY informative and will put many rumors to bed. (No pun Rumor...)

Now get your act together and be there... or for ever hold your peace...

Ok everything is set and master Scarab will post the finalised details shortly, I had a meeting with Ian beforehand and am very excited at the prospects for the meeting.
I strongly urge as many of you as possible to make the effort to get there as I feel it's going to be a very fruitful event
