Here are a few pics of some bugs i saw in the Congo. One of them a spider, can anyone identify it? The others are of the anthills those ants build, you cannot walk 50m in the forest without seeing one of them. then there's the ant that build them, very nasty buggers, and a giant moth.

HI, no. lol. we were constructing a Hydrometallurgical plant and and and, the whole of last year. thanks heavens i am not there anymore! It was near Luita In the DRC.

Yeah sorry for the picture quality. It was with a blackberry at night. It was about 4-5 inches. Beautiful though.

This Congolese spider have been bothering me ever since, so i have been asking around and "Googling" myself on a few occasions. Is it not possible that this could be a Hysterocrates Hercules?
I know the picture I posted is a bit crappy, but this image above is closest resemblance to what I can remember from that night.
