I have no idea how they got there, but they look like meal worms to me.

Should I move my roaches out of there and get rid of the worms? Or should I feed them to my spiders? :p

They might be the same ones I have in my dubia colony. They're about 1.5cm long and they turn into little black beetles. I feed the worms to my slings, they seem to love them! I just leave them with the roaches, they don't seem to be doing them any harm, not sure where they came from though.

I don't think they're mealworms. Beetles look very different and worms are tiny.

definitly not fly larvae.

The beetles I got look exactly like the ones in that link, tho the worms are tiny. But I suppose they have to start somewhere..
