I have also been using Arachnorecord. First letter of the Genus plus first two and last letter of the species name plus number.

Leon was calling for feedback for implementation in the next version a couple of months ago, but that seems to have fizzled out for some reason.

I wrote an app a few months ago. Keeps track of age, molts, sex, feedings, feeder types, matings and a bunch of other stuff. Its in beta now and usable.

Me and Dimitri had\have big plans for it. We want to link it to our tarantupedia so that you can view how other members keep, feed and mate their Ts. It basically keeps track on the site of who has what. That would also reduce if not nullify the need for the wanted-type threads. You can just go to the species in the tarantupedia and see which users owns them and what size\sex\age they are.

We haven't worked and\or spoken about it in some time as we both have been quite busy with other stuff (women... tsk tsk...)

So nice reports showing how many P Smithi are available in the country males females etc. Always will depend on what people enter into the application.

It will be linked directly to Tarantupedia which means when you add a new tarantula in your collection you will select the specie and it will auto complete from species from our Tarantupedia listing.

You will be able to add your specific info like your ts name sex birth date last feeding last molt etc

I will work hard with swifty to get it done soonest
