I was going to post a Facepalm until I read your last post. Good job in finding it, just don't make the same mistake that Mandie made, leaving a LARGE roach in with a tiny little T. The roach ate the T if you were wondering ;)

Most T's will scavenge for food at that size, best to crush the head of the cricket before feeding.

Yes thats the best way. I feed all my slings with headless cricket untill they have reach 2.5cm after that they must start to hunt
