Well, i had an awesome time today.
Was great spending time with like minded tarantula enthusiasts.
To all of those people who said they were coming and didn't pitch, you missed out.
To all the other people that were there, hope you enjoyed the practical lesson on how to identify Poecilotheria species. Also hope you enjoyed learning about local species and seeing them in person.
Its really sad that so many new users on this site are always complaining about not having events to get together and meet some of the more experienced users and getting to learn from them. Pretty sure everyone there today learnt something, even the older members.
Next time we will organise a braai with all the usual friends cause thats all the people that pitched. As usual. not that i mind at all.

I am happy that I could confirm the sex of that one very special spider as FEMALE !!!! From looking at the exuvium, she must be a stunner, and looks very breedable !!!

The spider that you sexed for me was a Ceratogyrus sanderi. Stunning female. Just a pity there are no males around for her.
