thank you to everybody taking part in this competition.

There is 3 winnings and by there was some close competition between a few photos. The voting made things changed and it gave everybody a better chance for getting a step closer to.the price.

3rd price - Frootbat
The focus on the tarantula is only sharp on the left hand side. The centre of the photo is very dark with almost no detail.the rule of thirds wasn't used to apply detail. The bright background on the top is taking to much focus because there is not enough light to keep to focus on the tarantula.
2nd price - HS
The rule of thirds is applied. The focus on the eyes is a little soft but still sharp enough to keep the general focus. The colouR of the tarantula capture the mind. At first you need to focus on. What you look at and then you start to focus on the photo by realizing what you look at.


1st price - SuperD
The rule of thirds is applied clearly and the tarantulas eyes is focused on one of the 4 most important points. The detail on the eyes and focus point is sharp. The placement of the tarantula is nicely done to prevent your mind to escape the photo
