Hi All,

Can anyone tell me how shipment and shipment costs work if T's are bought from the online shop?

There is a few I am interested in, just want to know how exactly it works.

Ordering Procedure

After checking out a confirmation e-mail will be send. Please don’t make any payment until Tarantulas.co.za have confirmed your order.
Orders not paid within 24 hours will be cancelled. Banking details will be included in the confirmation e-mail.
The cost of overnight courier service is R65, this includes packaging.
Your order will only be dispatched after proof of payment has been received.
A tracking number will be send to you so you can follow your parcel, you can track this at - www.parceltrack.co.za/
Your parcel should arrive within 48 hours.
Orders will only be dispatched on Mondays to Wednesdays. (Special arrangement for Thursday delivery can be made.)
Tarantulas.co.za do have a DOA (Dead on Arrival) policy, if you can prove that the tarantula passed away on-route and to no negligence of yourself within 48 hours of dispatch we will either replace the tarantula or give you a full refund.

I've bought 2 T's online now and both times we used speed services to ship them. I would get a tracking number and head off to the post office the next morning to go pick them up. LOL dont wait for the slip from the post office Check your tracking number and go fetch them when they are at the post office.

Both times the T was in a plastic container (like a pill bottle) which was wrapped in polystyrene and then 2 layers of newspaper inside the speed services bag.

Not sure how the shipping would work if you buy a few T's but I guess they could fit quite a few wrapped T's in that speed services bag.
