Leg banding is all wrong.
Take a careful look at the white patella on the 1st leg of the picture and on a miranda and compare to a tigrinawesseli's patella.
Look at the pic of my miranda below:

I have to disagree with miranda ,because the carapace is yellowish gold ..I'm going with subfusca or tigriniwesseli ..

I know this is way overboard and the ornata does not have a starburst carapace but could it not be an ornata with a badly scraped carapace ?since the legs are even scraped

Is no one actually looking at the pictures here???

Not ornata - ornata has yellow underneath the legs and the first spider obviously doesn't.
Poecilotheria are identified by leg patterns not carapace colouration.
Have a close look at the patella on the first leg of subfusca, tigrinawesseli, miranda and the original picture. Once you have had a look at that give me a reason that it is not miranda. :)
