I guess not with a "tolly tape" Rumor... (Which I assume is the floppy tape measure that tailors use to measure your waist?)

I would suggest any decent ruler that has both cm and inches on it, like the steel rulers you can buy at art shops or a tape measure from a hardware store that has both cm and inches.

I got the whole tolly tape thing from a mate of mine, after i showed him a T

Thought you ment a tape for measuring *gender specific appendage*. Which, if there was such a thing, o_O , probalby would give larger measurments :laugh:
I started measuring my T's the diagonal way - Left back leg to right front leg with a steel rule, but it gets a bit confusing as different keepers measure differently.
