I hope there's someone that can help me with some technical info and pics to prove my point to a ungrateful customer.

I sold a P. Regalis - Indian Ornamental to someone. 5cm in size. ...
...
What can I tell him now?

WARNING: INCOMING, UNABASHED, SELF-SERVING SALES PITCH! Continue at your own risk.

Sell (don't give!) this guy a copy of The Tarantula Keeper's Guide.! Then tell him when he can write a book like that, he can come back and you'll discuss the problem. <Grumble, grumble, grumble>.

END: INCOMING, UNABASHED, SELF-SERVING SALES PITCH! Thank you for your patience.

Any customer who is looking for an "aggressive" tarantula to handle, especially one well known to have a really serious "medically significant" bite, is not a good customer for you and your reputation, and not good for the hobby in general. Trying to get the public to accept spiders for what they really are is too steep an uphill battle as it is. Neither you nor we need that kind of public relations.

My recommendation is to offer to buy it back with a full refund, then when you finally have the tarantula in your possession, tell this clown to take a hike!
