I very recently bought mine from Kalahari and it was delivered in time as promised, they send you an sms a few days before hand to let you know on what day it is to be delivered. I was very happy with the service and the price is the best I have seen. So you will get it as promised !!!!! :woohoo:

Several months ago someone from South Africa sent me an E-mail asking where they could get a copy, and I managed to find a few sources in Europe. It's my understanding that Amazon in one or more of the European nations IS willing to ship to SA. However, I can't find that response. Here is another that I sent a fellow in Italy. (Yeah, I know, that's a whole different ball game. But, it's the best I can do.)

Amazon in France

Amazon in the UK

Send these franchises of Amazon a query. You may have the book by Christmas!

Or, order a copy from almost any large bookstore in your area. It might
help to take a printed copy of one of those webpages to the bookstore as
a reference.
