You are repeating previous topics. I would tell you to use the search function, but ill repeat myself, as long as you promise to sticky this thread somewhere.

The protected spiders (as well as any other protected plants, animals, etc) can be found in the Threatened Or Protected Species (TOPS) list. Sure it has been posted on this site more than once, but can look for it in the morning if you cant find it. It lists Ceratogyrus, Harpactira and Pterinochilus as the protected genera (All known species in these genera). Since the list was set up, new genera have been described from SA, so genera like Augacephalus and Idiothele have been added to it (As well as all species in these genera obviously). These spiders require permits to catch, transport, keep, breed, etc.
When you apply for a permit, you need to apply for a specific species or a number of species of the same genus or of different genera but only related to one activity. You would also have to state how many of each species you have, will catch, etc. Therefore you could have a permit to KEEP for example 5 x A.junodi and 2 x C.darlingi but if you wanted to catch these species, you would have to apply for a COLLECTING permit to catch them. Each activity (keeping, catching, transport, etc) requires its own permit.
Hendrik and my permit would differ because I have a permit for specific number of species as well as a specific number of spiders of each species. If I were to add something to my collection, I would be over my allocated number of spiders allowed of that species, and my permit would become invalid and I would have to apply for a 'new' permit. That is why I cannot just accept peoples OBT's as I would have to reapply for my permit each time. If a spider were to die, I would also have to reapply.
Pterinochilus murinus is illegal, because the genus Pterinochilus is on the TOPS list.
