I have seen enthusiastic, spur of the moment Tarantula keepers turn into an utter disgrace in months. I have also seen less enthused buyers turn into accomplished keepers through commitment and study.

How will you know ??

If you advertise publicly, sell publicly. It is a simple concept, unless YOU are a "flaming imbecile".

An advert of any item with a price does not constitute an offer of sale, it is technically an invitation. The buyer makes the offer to purchase at advertized price, the seller then has the right to accept or decline the offer. You can thus advertise anything you want and accept or decline any offer to purchase coming from anyone.

If the advertised price is met by the buyer, it constitutes a deal. That is not the point though. The point is that the buyer as a person can not be declined because he is a scheisser... That would be like putting a "whites only" sign on a public crapper. The door is open, so whoever wants to relieve himself can go...

The argument is about the person buying and NOTHING else. If a poephol offers the advertised price, on what grounds will you turn him away? It's sold already? It's not for sale anymore? I have it but YOU can't have it because you are a d**s? Maybe, but that would be unacceptable IMO.
