Hi folks,

No, I didn't try to breed a tortoise and tarantula :)

I just re-housed my (3-4 cm) B. albopilosum and was quite chuffed when he settled down in his hide the way I hoped he would.
Only schlep is that now he prefers staying in his burrow (goes quite a bit deeper under the shell)

But hey, if he's happier that way, that's the main thing.
