Pulchra bum heater was created by CB1981
Just thought I'd share this. My G.pulchra has been siting like this for a while, the heat source is right behind her and she is making sure her bum gets all the heat.

Not to rain on your picnic, but I've seen lots of tarantulas adopt this stance when being harassed by mites , springtails , or booklice .

I notice that there are bits of moss and other signs that the substrate may be damp. You should wait until perhaps 3:00 AM, after all lights have been out and people asleep for several hours. Quietly get up, DON'T TURN ON ANY LIGHTS!, and examine the inside of the cage carefully with a flashlight. (Some British call them "torches.") Look for small points of light or small, insect-like creatures that move over the walls, substrate, and decorations.

If you find any, you need to clean and re-setup the cage the next day. If none are evident, go back to bed. Check again in several weeks if the problem persists.

HOWEVER, if you can't find any vermin, you have just presented us with very graphic evidence of behavioral thermal control in tarantulas. Congratulations!

Enjoy your little, 8-legged, hot-*** buddy!

Natural decorations is always the most beautiful, but also the most work.
CB1981 deploy some isopods in there, works like a charm.
