The 1 P Metallica is already dead and the 1 avicularia versicolor to but the rest of my t's are bigger and stronger accept my avicularia diversepes

Read Care and Husbandry of the Chilean Rose Tarantula . While the webpage deals with Grammostola rosea, towards the bottom of the page there's a section about the Nefcy Incubator that you should read, plus a few other links. That incubator has been used for a very wide assortment of different species and has proven to be as safe and reliable as the enthusiast using it.

The major advantage of a Mechanical Mom style incubator is that you don't need to tend to it once or twice a day. You set it up and then merely give it a quick glance every three days to a week.
