So my T problem continues. Man I bought spider from insists he bought it from one of the biggest breeders in JHB and that it is quite rare. As my previous post looks positive for a regular Avic. Avic. i am just covering all the bases.

At least he is understanding, says he will take back the spider if there is any doubt.

Who am I??? :spider:

Looks like Iridopelma recife to me, but I'm not great with Avics and their relatives

Spoke to Jozhua from Mr T. Says they exist but not sure there are any in the country other than maybe imports. And with no way to tell between a common avic avic sling and a blue or green one bit of a gamble.

Ask the seller what is the big breeders name?
That way we can ask the big breeder if he was selling them in the first place.

That is the problem with Avicularia species, it is difficult to tell them apart at the best of times.
And people will just give them a name to sell their "rare" stock faster than normal and make some extra cash.

Also with all the imports going on, people get sold the wrong spider and then sell it off as that.

Now do i
A. : Keep Mr Green Avicularia with the chance of it being a green and hope and pray.
or
B. : Return to seller and take something safer.
