Hey I would just like to know which roaches make the best feeders thats easy to look after and breeds fast

i have personally found lobster roaches as excellent feeder insects. they breed very quickly, are easy to raise, and my spiders love them. and their exoskeleton is soft for reptiles as well. and they dont have a bad odour either. Thats just from my experience but im no expert

Haven't had lobsters but I love Turkistans. they are active and don't hide away the whole time, they have a soft exterior which makes great feeders. I;m also trying out dubia's they breed easy but they hide away as soon as you through them in the spidey cage so unless your spider doesn't eat them straight away they just disappear into your substrate.
