Jumping Tarantula

I have heard of a lot of animals jump and insects, but I just heard that my B.vagans female jumped up to catch a cricket out of her enclosure into the cricket tub. So that's a first for me, it was a vertical jump she scored 10's lol.
That's awesome, but I can confirm that my vagans also jumps on feeders that are dropped into her enclosure, before they even hit the ground. My T.stirmi also jumps onto feeders and then jumps into it's burrow with the feeder in one bound. It's almost scary at which speed they move.
Africa is a tough country. When the going gets tough, we get going.
I saw the same thing with my N. Chromatus on Sunday. She jumped from one side of her enclosure (she hid in her burrow) to the other side where the feeder was in a blink of an eye. They are ferocious eaters and jumping all over the enclosure proved it to me at least.
It was my wife haha, I wasn't home. She was frozen by the shock, to only realize it is time to return the Tarantula or risk losing crickets and the T. I was like all caring and focused, mean while I was laughing up a storm inside.
