Greetings my fellow spider lovers!
I'm new to this forum but I feel very much at home already - many very friendly people here.
Gringo discovered my website and posted a link here which I saw in my webstats, so I decided to register - thanks Gringo!
I'm divorced with 2 kids. I live in Wonderboom Pretoria and I'm the webmaster for Sabinet in Centurion.
I'm a member of the Hoodlums motorcycle club. I have 2 bikes and no cars - I'll go nuts in a cage.
I'm very much a bug-and-spider outdoorzy type of guy - always crawling around the garden with my camera looking for spiders and insects to photograph.
I don't keep any T's at the moment, but that's about to change thanks to some very generous people here.
I once kept a Baboon spider, but it died after I forgot it in the sun - was very pissed at myself.
I also don't get why most people are so scared of creepy crawlies - jumping onto tables screaming frantically at the sight of anything with more than 4 legs - spraying the poor thing with half a can of Doom until its motionless - or maybe that was just my x-wife.
I see now you even get these cans that spray 24/7 - so wrong in so many ways.

Hope you enjoy your stay with us and remember - no question is a stupid question. You will find that the tarantula bug bites quite hard... nobody can keep only one
. I should have quite a few baby curly hairs (B. albopilosum) in a few months so you are more than welcome to a few of those.
