VENUE: RIETVALLEI REFORMED CHURCH HALL - (see directions)
VENUE SPONSOR: PETSTOP PRETORIA
TIMES: REGISTRATION & VIEWING 09H00 - 12H00
AUCTION: 12H30
HOST: JAUN (Fangs)
CO HOST: RIAN (Scarab)
HELPERS: Cashier/Sales/Minute keeper.
ENTRANCE: R50 per person.
ENTRANCE INCLUDES: Registration as buyer/seller.
Automatic entry into the raffle for a Tarantula and enclosure.
1 X Boerewors roll, 1 X Cold drink.
The following will be sold by various vendors, not auctioned.
Directions:
Address: Umgeni Street 359, Erasmuskloof X4, Pretoria.
From the N1, take the Rigel/Delmas off ramp.
From the North, turn left into Rigel avenue.
From the South, turn right into Rigel avenue.
Turn right into Hans Strydom Drive.
Turn right into Boeing Street. (At Hoërskool Waterkloof)
Turn right into Breede Street.
Turn right into Umgeni Street.
The church is on your right - ample parking available.
To go home, do exactly the opposite...

AUCTION RULES

NO "illegal" spiders will be allowed onto the premises.
Strictly cash will be accepted - PLEASE visit a bank beforehand.
Payment must be made immediately once you have won the bid. A cashier will be on hand.
Sellers have the prerogative to sell with or without a reserve (minimum selling price) on your spiders.
When bidding on a spider you buy it as you see it.
Whatever the spider is housed in is included. If there is any other info supplied by the seller, this will be brought to everyone's attention before bidding commences.
If the final bid made is lower than the reserve, the seller will be consulted there and then if the amount offered may be accepted.
Spiders may be sold in bulk or lots of ten. The winning bidder may take any number at the closing price. Should there be spiders left from the lot, they will be auctioned individually, starting bids at the previous closing price.
A very fair 5% commission will be charged on all sales to the sellers account. Please take this into account when pricing your spiders.
A donation box will be available, all proceeds (not spiders) will be offered to the church.
The auctioneers decision is final, a bid is closed when the hammer falls!

The bottom line is this mate, it's at a church hall, so the other side of hell is in the opposite direction... :laugh:
Yes there is seccure parking and yes, you may leave the minute you wish. If you bought any item, you can pay for your lot immediately and go.
