It is hard to tell from the pic, but are your taking about a missing pectine?

If so, I am not sure why that would happen?Perhaps through a bad moult? an injury through handling?
Do you keep it in a communal setup? It can quite often happen that they incur injuries from other scorpions.

Not sure, but it will be fine.I presume that it should rejuvenate through moulting, like other appendages?
